Construtora MGQ
Restructuring the digital experience for a premium real estate developer.
How we transform an institutional website into a platform capable of strengthening the brand, organizing a complex portfolio of ventures, and increasing conversion opportunities.
MGQ had a solid brand in the real estate market and a growing portfolio of ventures.
However, its digital presence no longer represented the perceived quality of the products offered.
The main challenge was to create an experience capable of transmitting confidence and sophistication, while organizing a large volume of enterprises, facilitating navigation, and generating new business contacts.
More than redesigning pages, it was necessary to digitally reposition the brand.

High-level goals
For this project, the company asked us for a change in the positioning of the site for its new, more premium communication.
- 01 Modernize the perception of the brand.
- 02 Improve the discovery of enterprises.
- 03 Better organize the real estate catalog.
- 04 Facilitate lead generation.
- 05 Build a scalable experience for new releases.

How can we
Turn ventures into stories
We realize that real estate is not sold only by technical specifications. People buy lifestyle.
Create a modular experience
Each enterprise has its own characteristics. Even so, all pages follow a consistent structure.
Reduce friction in lead generation
Throughout the site we distribute contact points at different times of navigation. The goal was to allow interested users to get in touch without interrupting their journey.
Design for growth
MGQ's catalog continues to grow. That's why the system was designed to incorporate new ventures without requiring structural changes in navigation or design.

Results

In retrospect
This project reinforced an important learning. In conversion-oriented products, visual design is only part of the solution. Much of the value is in correctly structuring the information, reducing the browsing effort, and creating an architecture that accompanies the growth of the business. Designing for scalability was as important as designing the interfaces.
